Zoltan is a highly experienced paramedic and remote medicine practitioner with over two decades of experience in pre-hospital emergency care and medical support in challenging and remote environments. He has been a Registered Paramedic in the EU since 2003, beginning his career as a frontline ambulance paramedic in Hungary.

Since 2011, Zoltan has gained extensive operational experience delivering emergency medical care in remote, offshore, and austere environments, including multiple assignments in Iraq supporting oil and gas operations. He has also provided aeromedical support at Erbil International Airport, assisting police and security services with MEDEVAC operations.

He joined FSS in 2023 and currently supports the Reko Diq (Barrick Gold) project in Pakistan as Frontline Paramedic Lead, providing emergency care and managing a multidisciplinary local medical team of doctors, nurses, and firefighters at a remote desert-based site clinic.

Zoltan is a Practitioner Member of the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, a Member of the Council of Members of the College of Remote and Offshore Medicine Foundation, and an Associate Member of the College of Paramedics (UK).

Throughout his career, he has worked in demanding operational environments, providing trauma care, medical support for complex projects, and operational medical planning including MEDEVAC.

His experience includes the stabilisation and management of medical and trauma emergencies, as well as delivering healthcare where access to advanced medical facilities is limited.

His professional focus lies in pre-hospital emergency care, remote and offshore medicine, and the safe delivery of healthcare in high-risk and geographically isolated environments. His practical experience, combined with strong clinical decision-making skills, enables him to provide effective medical leadership in complex operational settings.

Zoltan holds certifications including ACLS (Resuscitation Council UK), PHTLS (NAEMT), ICAM Lead Investigator qualification, HSI Level 4 Instructor certification, Off-Site Safety Management Certificate, Food Safety Level 2 certification, H2S Safety Level 1-2 & Methoxyflurane competent user by ATACC Group.
