Ewan Melville BA(Hons)

Based at the FSS Group Head Office in Hereford, England, Ewan oversees the company’s core administrative and operational functions.

Since joining FSS in 2016, he has advanced through the ranks from Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Officer to his current leadership role, gaining an intimate understanding of the company’s global clientele and internal processes during this time.

Ewan provides direct administrative support to the Senior Management Team. He assists in the creation of key internal / external documentation; including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), geopolitical reports and client briefings – working closely with the finance team to manage quotations, invoicing, and account consolidation.

Also working closely with the Operations Department; Ewan now supports in the orchestration of short term secure transportation taskings, primarily across Africa, the Middle East, and South America. He oversees the full task lifecycle from quotation creation, client liaison, service delivery to post task invoicing; directing local contractors and partners to resolve challenges and ensure reliable service for international business travellers. His operational experience is bolstered by field deployments to Tunisia in 2026 where he supported an extensive Risk Assessment assignment on behalf of a USA State Department Contractor. Previously he has deployed to Liberia and Jordan on multiple occasions between 2016 – 2018 to support the companies local operations for mining client contracts where FSS delivered life support and medical services. He has also supported several business development initiatives attending client meetings in London, New Orleans and Texas in the USA.

Ewan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Ba-hons) in Business Management obtained from the ‘University of Worcester’, having focused specifically on international business culture, business strategy and rethinking organisational values. He also holds a UK Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Management from the ‘London Business & Management School’.

Ewan has continued to develop his industry specific skills and in 2026 successfully completed a post graduate level 5 ‘QLS’ accredited qualification in Security Management.

Ewan is a UK Security Industry Authority licence holder (Management Licence) enabling him to manage security personnel in contracted security, ensuring compliance with the UK Private Security Industry Act 2001.

Ewan is the nominated Data Protection Officer for FSS Group as required under UK Law and has successfully completed a Level 5 ‘CPD’ accredited qualification in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
