What We Do
In‑Country Operational Support and Workforce Management
Our in depth and extensive in country connections, in conjunction with direct local knowledge has facilitated Client operations through the provision of the following business support services:
- Payroll management with payment of local taxes and Insurance to the relevant tax authority and provision of pay slips to employees or contractors, tax payment certificates monthly, via our contracted accountants.
- Assistance with opening local bank accounts.
- Labour Brokerage Services
- Source, validate and contract-in project support staff including;
- Drivers.
- Clerical staff.
- Catering.
- Skilled/qualified technical staffers.
- Supervisory.
- Managerial.
Case Example
In 2022 at a remote forward operating base FSS project managed the renovation and equipping of a derelict compound within a Nigerian Army cantonment to provide secure first class living accommodation complete with all amenities (generator and solar power, water plant, laundry, WiFi, Sat TV, catering, cleaning services etc.) and full life support to a group of technicians involved in a technical training program for the Nigerian Army.
FSS received the highest security clearances from both the US State Department and Nigerian Ministry of Interior to deliver this project for a US defense manaufacturer. Security service provision has been sub contracted to our Nigerian partner ASCo Security (Nigerias oldest established and one of the largest Nigerian security companies) which includes B6 armoured vehicles, security drivers, LN CPOs and for off-base excursions armed MOPOL escort.
